Impersonators or fraudulent users are blocked, blacklisted, and we take legal action when necessary.

We list all types residential and commercial properties for rent and for sale.

Yes. Our platform is accessible from anywhere, but currently focuses on verified properties in supported cities or regions. New areas are added as we expand.

No. Once you subscribe to our management service, we take full responsibility for handling inspections, tenant screening, check-in/out, and issue resolution.

You will receive email and in-app notifications whenever a reservation or rent payment is made.

Payments go directly into your secure landlord wallet, from which you can withdraw to your bank account.

A 10% fee is charged from rent payment as a property management fee.

It provides financial cover for potential property damage and it is applicable to only property for rent. The insurance premium (10% of rent) is held in your insurance wallet and refundable after 1 year if no claims are made.

You will be notified of buyer’s interest. The buyer will pay directly to the bank account you provided during property submission.

Yes, we offer different advertisement plans to enhance your property reach.

Only verified property agencies/agents with management rights from property owners can list property on our platform. Sourcing agents/sub-agents are not allowed to list property.

Create a verified agency/agent account, complete your profile, and list as many properties for rent as you manage. You can also submit properties for sale for listing. Each property goes through verification before going live.

No, listing is free. However, a 5% administrative and verification fee is charged on successful rental transactions.

Your properties will remain listed on our platform for as long as you’d like.

Yes, you can list multiple units in a single property on our platform. This features allows you to showcase all available units, making it easier for potential renters to explore your property.

Prospective renters/buyers can virtually inspect your property online from anywhere. For physical inspections, we’ll take full responsibility to coordinate the inspections and notify you, with no extra cost to the renters/buyers.

You will receive email and in-app notifications whenever a reservation or rent payment is made.

Rent payment goes directly into your secure agency/agent wallet, from which you can track rent payments and withdraw to your bank account. For your property listed for sale, you will be notified of buyer’s interest. The buyer will pay directly to the bank account you provided during property submission.

Create a tenant account, search properties by location, agencies/agent name or property name, take a virtual property tour, and reserve or make rent payments online. You can also book a free physical inspection through the platform.

Yes. All reservation and rent payments are securely processed online. Do not pay any individual directly.

After payment, visit our office to sign the tenancy agreement and collect your keys.

Once you reserve or make rent payment for a property, the property is locked in your account and hidden from other users. When your reservation/rent expires without renewal, the property is automatically made available again for others to view and rent. This ensures only one tenant can secure a property at a time, preventing double payments or booking conflicts.

The app tracks your tenancy duration. You will receive automatic reminders in your account, via email and SMS when your rent is about to expire.

Use our in-app Rent Savings Wallet to gradually save for your next rent.

You can report issues directly to the property agent in your account. If unresolved, escalate it to us for intervention.

It is securely saved in a fixed wallet and can only be withdrawn with mutual agreement between you and the landlord/agent at the end of your tenancy.

Yes, you can find roommate before or after renting an apartment. Use our Roommate Finder feature by activating it in your profile settings.

Explore available properties, take virtual tours, and book free inspections. Once satisfied, payment is made at our office for documentation.

No. You must contact MAG Property Hub and visit our office first. All transactions are coordinated through our office for security and transparency.

No. The property price listed is the final price. No extra or hidden charges apply.

Yes. We prepare legal documentation for buyers as a complimentary service after a successful property purchase. We also assist with processing ownership documents, all at no extra cost.
